| Category | Score | Comment |
| Graphics Quality | 7 | Decent graphics - a bit inconsistent in quality, good dancing characters |
| Sound | 8 | All about the sound - rad music, especially considering you wrote it over the weekend (i assume) |
| Presentation | 4 | In game was ok, but no proper flow / high scores etc. - had to press esc. to get back to menu |
| Name to Game | 6 | Call me harsh, but there didn't seem to be much evidence of a lack of mercy about this game... |
| Technical Achievement | 5 | Medium technical achievement |
| Final Score | 60% | Quite a nice little GH clone, loved the space funk synth, shame the game flow wasn't a little more finished. |

Ultraviolent Gopher Jam (Score: 54%)
|
By Jim Riley
In Ultraviolent Gopher Jam your task is simple: Shoot Gophers! Collect (Gopher) Jam!
Use the mouse to control both the target and the jamjar (LMB - Shoot, RMB - Move)
Do you try to grab as many targets as possible? Or do you concentrate on filling up your jamjar for a bigger bonus?
The freeware program SFXR was used to create sound effects. The program Multimedia Fusion 2 was used to create the game. The game was made in the last four hours of the competition.

| Graphics Quality | 4 | Very functional |
| Sound | 5 | Sparse but appropriate sound, liked the laser noises |
| Presentation | 7 | Proper menu structure, high score, nice game design touches, loved the slide fades |
| Name to Game | 8 | Pretty much what it said on the tin (again) |
| Technical Achievement | 3 | Not really much in the way of technical cleverness |
| Final Score | 54% | Getting a game done to that level of polish in a little over 4 hours is pretty amazing. This was the most complete game in terms of having a flow into / out of the game that worked properly. |

Day of the Trampoline Assassin (Score: 46%)

By Alan Hazelden and Sam Gynn
Bounce around on trampolines and assasinate your opponents. A Multiplayer game with up to four players.

| Graphics Quality | 5 | Functional, but adequate |
| Sound | 0 | No sound |
| Presentation | 3 | Basic menu no scoring or OSD, had to use esc to quit game, no end of game |
| Name to Game | 8 | Pretty much what it said on the tin |
| Technical Achievement | 7 | 2D physics engine with boingy wires (though it seemed to have its issues....) |
| Final Score | 46% | Shame this wasn't finished - I couldn't manage to kill anyone on the version I've got, seemed a bit like smash bros. lite and might have been fun. |

Text based adventure game set on and around campus. Can you solve the mystery of the Raging Burger Prophecy?
| Category | Score | Comment |
| Graphics Quality | 1 | Functional, but adequate |
| Sound | 0 | No sound |
| Presentation | 4 | Given the constraints of the text based adventure medium, presentation was decent |
| Name to Game | 4 | Not sure how close it got, because I got stuck at a bus stop, and then in the street by a burger king |
| Technical Achievement | 5 | Medium technical achievement, text parsers aren't easy |
| Final Score | 28% | Nice to see long dead game genres getting a look in. |
